I offer Neuroptimal neurofeedback brain training which is a non-linear, non-invasive dynamical system which reflects the brain's activity in real time allowing the brain to 'see' itself and relax. This releases energy for internal healing, balancing and self-regulation. The client then receives therapeutic cranio-sacral balancing which further promotes integration of the nervous system and gentle structural and energetic alignment. The client will most often feel more grounded, balanced and energized; some have reported more clarity of thought processing and even vision as well as improvement in gait and core balance.
