Think First Safety Program

The Brain Injury Association of Colorado is proud to support the Memorial Health System's Think First for Kids a head and spinal cord injury prevention program that targets children, teens, and young adults. Annually Think First gives away hundreds of bicycle, skateboard, snowboarding and horse riding helmets to children who would otherwise go unprotected. They provide free curriculum to elementary schools as well as powerful classroom presentations to middle school and high school students. This year alone, the Think First staff and brain-injured survivors will give presentations reaching thousands of students with the message that, Prevention is the only cure for brain injury!
