This class will be taught in a trauma sensitive format, which focuses on breath, awareness while enhancing skills for self-regulation, relaxation and increased mobility.
Adaptations are made for all body types and physical abilities. Much of the class is floor-based and subtle.
Mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks will be used to support students physically for a safe and effective practice.
