BrainCare LLC provides daily support for individuals with acquired brain injury (ABI), including Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Through a wide range of services including our beautiful assisted living homes with 24 hour awake supported care, coordinated in home services such as PT, OT, and Speech therapies and cognitive rehabilitation with skills training – we help participants relearn lost skills and to redevelop self-sufficiency and independence. We offer 3 assisted living homes. Our homes are tailored to meet the needs of each individual we serve. BrainCare LLC’s focus is not just to help our participant’s recover but to thrive following a brain injury.
BrainCare LLC accepts Long-Term Care Medicaid and private pay.
