We work with Children and Adults on the CES, SLS and DD Medicaid Waivers. We have an Adult Day Program with facility based activities as well as outings each day. We provide transportation to and from the program. We also provide residential services to adults on the DD Waiver and we employee family caregivers to support family members in the home on the CES and SLS waivers. We provide services to a wide range of physically, intellectually, and developmentally disabled individuals, including those with brain injuries.
