Denver Rescue Mission

Emergency Care - Food, Shelter, Clinic & Client Services

New Life Program - Men and women who have suffered from addiction, abuse or other hardships and would like to make a lasting life change can participate in our transformative New Life Program. This program, offered at The Crossing, Harvest Farm and Champa House, combines spiritual, emotional and addictions counseling with academics, Bible study and work therapy into a curriculum that lasts 12-27 months.

Family Services - Denver Rescue Mission’s Family Services incorporates four transformative programs focused on helping homeless working families, seniors and refugees achieve a life of self-sufficiency. In addition to Mission staff, local congregations and organizations help guide participants toward program goals and are a vital resource of Family Services.

Home Builders Foundation

The mission of Home Builders Foundation (HBF) is to build independence, provide opportunities and elevate lives for individuals and families with disabilities in our community.

For over 25 years HBF has enabled individuals with disabilities and their families to live more independent, elevated lives. Our skilled volunteers and collaborative partners come together to create home modifications that empower greater access, reinforce safety and equip clients with the ability to tackle everyday tasks.

In our 25+ year history, we have completed close to 2,000 home modifications including ramps, bathrooms and much more. Home Builders Foundation builds independence for individuals and families most in need by creating home modifications to enable greater access, safety and mobility. Each project must meet our requisite criteria - home ownership in the 8-county Denver metro area and an access need - and all projects are considered based on funds and resources available when applications are received.
