Adaptive Yoga
This specialized yoga class is adapted specifically for adults living with a brain injury in northern Colorado. Props such as chairs, bolsters, blankets, blocks, and fit balls are used to support the stability, safety, and comfort of each participant. Each class will provide the experience of various breathing techniques, mindful movement that includes both strengthening and stretching exercises, and relaxation techniques.

Grief and Loss Group

Music Therapy

Tai Chi & Breathwork
Join us for Tai Chi and Breathwork recreation program. This combines slow and fluid movements with breathwork for a low intensity exercise.
These exercises improve balance, body alignment and core strength.
Connect breath and movement to energize and heal the body.

Heads Up for HOPE
Our goal is to provide support for those living with brain injury and their caregivers in a safe, comfortable and encouraging environment that allows people to share personal experiences regarding their injuries, treatments, obstacles, and resources. We offer Support Groups and Yoga & Meditation.

Love Your Brain Yoga
WHAT: This FREE 6-week online program is designed to build resilience and community through yoga, mindfulness, and education.
- Receive weekly emails with 4 tools: educational videos, recorded yoga classes, yoga nidra, and guided meditations
- Option to join a LYB Mindset Interactive program with weekly online group meetups on Zoom
WHO: Depending on the type of program, people may be eligible if they have experienced a brain injury, are caregivers, yoga teachers, clinicians, or are simply interested in building resilience
