Grief and Loss Group

The purpose of this group is to provide a supportive and healing environment for survivors of brain injury to move through their grief and loss towards an active engagement in life.

Topics include:

  • Naming and embracing the loss
  • Saying goodbye, and saying hello to who you are now
  • Acknowledging differences and similarities
  • Accepting yourself
  • Coping strategies
  • Moving forward

1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

There is no cost for this class, but registration is required as class size is limited.
