The University of Denver Counseling and Educational Services Clinic, located in the Morgridge College of Education, offers counseling, psychological assessments, consultations and educational services to the community on a sliding scale fee basis. We provide services to those who do not require hospitalization, medical care or emergency services.
The Clinic is a unique training and research facility for Counseling Psychology and Child, Family and School Psychology students. Counselors are doctoral, educational specialist and master’s students who are supervised by doctoral-level licensed psychologists.
Services include individual, couples, family and group counseling for all ages, psychological assessments for adults, and psychoeducational assessments and consultations for infants, children, adolescents and young adults (aged birth to 21 years old).
Many of our counselors have strong interests in helping clients suffering from chronic health conditions, such as brain injuries. Also, one of the clinic's supervisors is a leading researcher in the field of health psychology with a strong research interest in chronic health conditions. We offer very affordable counseling services on a sliding scale and are well equipped to support clients with brain injuries. We hope that the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado will take advantage of our affordable and invaluable services at the University of Denver Counseling Services Clinic.
