Igniting Your Life After Brain Injury
“Igniting Your Life After Brain Injury” is a free group life coaching experience specifically designed for the brain injury community. Together we will explore how to move past self-limiting beliefs through a series of topics and exercises. As a group, we hold each other accountable and rewrite our narratives into life paths that line up authentically with our hopes for ourselves. I am a Master Certified Life Coach specializing in transformation, neurodiversity, and mindfulness, as well as a brain injury “thriver.” This group values diversity, equity, and inclusion and creating a safe space for all.
