Virtual Adaptive Yoga

Creating a mind-body connection

with Jill Mollenhauer, E-RYT 200, RYT 500

This specialized yoga class is adapted specifically for adults living with a brain injury in Colorado.

Props such as chairs, bolsters, blankets, blocks, and fit balls are used to support the stability, safety, and comfort of each participant.

Each class will provide the experience of various breathing techniques, mindful movement that includes both strengthening and stretching exercises, and relaxation techniques.

Who: Adults 18+ years old.

Every Wednesday,  9:00am – 10:00am

Virtual Session via Zoom. A link will be sent after registration

The yoga classes are free, but registration is required.  All participants are welcome.

Jill Mollenhauer, E -RYT 200, RYT 500 is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and has completed her advanced 500hr RYT.  Her emphasis is in anatomy-based yoga, in particular the connective tissue.  Knowing more about how the body is structured allows her to keep her students safe on their mats no matter what style of yoga is being practiced.
