You can get back to restful, restorative sleep and have more vital productive days.
Even after a mild TBI, sleep can be disrupted. Insomnia and sleep difficulties just make dealing with recovery harder. The good news: insomnia can be resolved, without drugs. And this treatment is not just sleep hygiene (good bedtime habits), which is usually not enough by itself. Some sleep medications can make cognitive problems after brain injury worse. So how about a different approach?
I use an evidence based treatment called Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, which research shows is more effective than drugs in the long run.
Once you're sleeping better, many other brain injury symptoms are much easier to deal with.
