Amazing Brains is a Neurofeedback and Counseling clinic in Colorado. Neurofeedback is a fun, pain-free, natural alternative to other therapies. Like exercise for the brain, neurofeedback teaches you how to transform your own brainwave activity. And when brain patterns change, long-lasting emotional and behavior changes follow. We work with people who have had strokes, concussions, and other traumatic brain injuries.

Core Natural Wellness Center is focused on identifying & removing interference to health & well-being, & restoring health with drugless therapeutics. Dr Hinders practices Brain Based Wellness utilizing chiropractic, upper cervical specific chiropractic, acupuncture, whole food nutrition and nutritional therapeutics; NeuroInfiniti Stress Response Evaluation (which measures habituated brain patterns, & the ability of the nervous system to adapt to stress); bio & neurofeedback; and brain entrainment technology. Research in recent years has demonstrated that appropriate and specific chiropractic adjustments dramatically impact brain function, interrupting unhealthy patterns and allowing the brain to establish healthier patterns, allowing other modalities to take root.
My work in trauma dates back to 1985. In that time of working with clients in private practice, it became clear that hands on therapeutic work and talk therapy were helpful, but limited because of the sophistication of the brain. I sought an approach that
1. would get under the defenses that are built to protect trauma
2. was non-aggressive and never meddled nor pushed an individual's process since- defense mechanisms are there for a reason and can be driven deeper
3. provided comprehensive feedback to the brain in its language about its dysfunctional behavior
We now know that our brain is fully capable of re-organizing its own structure and function; this is the science of neuro-plasticity and is oak solid science. So our brain is actually able to heal itself with sophisticated feedback.
Trauma prevents the brain from being flexible and adaptable. plain and simple. The approach to brain biofeedback, or also called neurofeedback, that I use is called NeurOPTIMAL and is an advanced, non-intrusive approach that a does not drive side-effects and does not ask for conscious participation of the client. Since we are working at the instinctual level, the level of the survival instinct, the brain adjusts itself to the information it is receiving about what it just did.
I also used other tools, depending on your needs. Cranio-Sacral therapy is a powerful therapeutic tool for helping the brain to adjust itself to function in a more effective and healthier way. Rolfing for those who needs structural work due to accidents and injury. And EMDR, a well known trauma psychotherapy, helps process particular traumatic events that continue to intrude on your present life and it very effective.

I also have an office in Boulder, Colorado.
Integrative Health and Healing
Low Energy Neurofeedback System, LENS, is a leading edge treatment for conditions related to nervous system regulation to heal core issues while honoring your soul's journey and personal goals.
Here at the Family Health Center we perform quantitative EEG's for several different medical and psychological problems. Quantitative EEG is a method of analyzing the electrical activity of the brain to derive quantitative patterns that may correspond to diagnostic information and/or cognitive deficits. We look forward to building relationships and helping patients and families achieve their goals.
We are neuropsychology clinicians who provide assessment, psychotherapy, cognitive rehabilitation, neurofeedback, and family support services to persons with brain injuries.
At Harmonized Brain Centers, we use an integrated approach of Neurofeedback, Physical Vascular Therapy and Nutrigenomics, which results in a safe and very effective approach in helping with Traumatic Brain Injury and Concussion. Low Energy Neurofeedback (LENS) Therapy also helps with stress, depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, migraines, seizure disorders, as well as other neurological conditions to help the brain perform at its optimum ability.

I provide individual therapy and neurofeedback services to clients. I also provide the qEEG test for clients. I'm bilingual so I also provide services for Spanish speaking clients.
We specialize in diagnosing and treating traumatic brain injuries. We utilize functional neurological testing that helps us determine neurological deficits at the pathological and sub pathological levels. Any abnormal neurological findings that are not equal from side to side is often a sign of hemisphericity (one side is not functioning the same as the other - often causing symptoms that don't clear up by conventional means). Specific exercises are designed for each patient to help regain their lost function. We also utilize brain mapping (QEEG) technology here that is able to show definitive results of a traumatic brain injury. A mTBI definitive database is also run to determine the likelihood of having a mTBI. We are able to determine asymmetry, coherence and how well each area of the brain is communicating with each other. After determining this, we can utilize neurofeedback and acupuncture to help restore communication and lost function.

This vital and synergistic connection is Quantum energy. It’s the epigenetic of the evolutions in which the world is turning towards. Just like the caterpillar not fully knowing his journey, he comes to find out he is changing, metamorphosing into something beautiful. I feel that my calling is to do just that, with people…to have that special connection to our spiritual, mental and emotional Being.” Dr. Zepf holds 4 Doctorates and a PhD in Natural Medicine and is an informative and sought after speaker and educator, who delights and educates her audiences with vital, alternative, and integrative medicine therapies and information. A new Lakewood service, Hope For the Challenged Brain, combines state-of-the-art brain wave evaluation and training for those in our community experiencing trauma, early dementia and other age-related brain disorders, along with psychological support for their families and caregivers. We address brain dysregulations both large and small at their causative root using neurofeedback – - a non-invasive, non-drug, no side-effect, gentle yet effective training process for the brain. What makes our services unique is we use the only real-time digital EEG available (four times more sensitive than traditional clinical EEGs) to detect normally hidden brain wave patterns associated with TBI and early signs of dementia . Once identified, these injuries are addressed using the same patented technology for training, allowing many of the symptoms associated with head trauma to be remediated. Symptom management and improvement is achieved using this combination of cutting edge, high tech neurofeedback and psychotherapy. We provide a no charge consultation for individuals or families to come in and see our facility and ask as many questions as they like. Additional Contact: Dr. Glenda K. I offer Neuroptimal neurofeedback brain training which is a non-linear, non-invasive dynamical system which reflects the brain's activity in real time allowing the brain to 'see' itself and relax. This releases energy for internal healing, balancing and self-regulation. The client then receives therapeutic cranio-sacral balancing which further promotes integration of the nervous system and gentle structural and energetic alignment. The client will most often feel more grounded, balanced and energized; some have reported more clarity of thought processing and even vision as well as improvement in gait and core balance.
Learning Services' Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) rehabilitation programs are designed to provide individualized treatment programs for adults with brain injuries in a real life setting. Our programs offer a range of neuro-rehabilitation, neurobehavioral rehabilitation and supported living options. These programs provide therapeutic environments and functional based treatment designed for the individual needs of our residents, families, and financial partners.
