We work with throughout the Western Slope through the State of Colorado's Home and Community Based Services Waiver Programs for Adults and Children including IHSS, VA, Long Term Care Insurance and Private Pay. We work with clients to support activities of daily living and provide peace of mind to family members or personal caregivers. We currently provide services in 11 counties: Delta, Montrose, Mesa, Garfield, Pitkin, Routt, Mofatt, Eagle, Ouray, San Miguel, and Gunnison. We have clients that have experienced brain injury or other developmental disabilities that qualify and need our non-medical support to insure they can stay in their home safely.
