Axis Health System is a private, not-for-profit corporation, licensed to provide mental health services, substance use disorder treatment and now at our Cortez Integrated Healthcare clinic, primary care services. Axis Health System offers a wide variety of options to help people in our communities improve their quality of life. We serve children, adults, seniors and families to meet primary care as well as behavioral health (mental health and substance use) and vocational needs.
