Community Reach Center is a top-tier mental health provider serving the north metro Denver area, as well as the designated provider for anyone eligible for Medicaid who resides in Adams County, Colorado. Since our incorporation 1957, Community Reach Center has provided life-changing services to hundreds of thousands of children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. The Center serves more than 10,000 clients each year at five comprehensive outpatient locations throughout Adams County, as well as in schools, nursing homes, its own residential treatment homes, physicians' offices, emergency rooms, private residences, and jails.
