Our Goals include but are not limited to: 1) Improve the social, economic and cultural life of the blind or visually impaired of Colorado, and to simulate, encourage, and assist the blind or visually impaired of this state to become active, productive, and responsible members of the community. 2) Expand the scope and quality of education and rehabilitation services available to the blind or visually impaired of Colorado. 3) Affiliate and cooperate with the American Council of the Blind, Inc., in the furtherance of the goals and principles of that organization. 4) Cooperate with organizations, private and public, which promote the welfare of all people with disabilities.
