Susan Peach is an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained therapist and has a certification in traumatic stress studies. She also has training in IFS (Internal Family Systems). All three, in combination with talk therapy and other approaches can be beneficial for trauma recovery, as well as for the anxiety, depression and relationship issues that go with it.
