Rocky Mountain Crisis Partners

People with mental health, emotional, or substance abuse issues are often unable to identify or access help.

Metro Crisis Services is able to help. They provide immediate & free support services that include a confidential, 24/7 hotline (888.885.1222) for mental health and substance abuse crises and concerns. These calls are answered by licensed, professional mental health and substance abuse clinicians who provide support, consultation and assistance for individuals, families, and friends. Clinicians regularly perform suicide and safety screenings, in addition to follow-up calls. Callers can speak with a live person to get help in finding the right provider and learn ways to navigate the mental health and substance abuse system.

Using their Resource Directory, clinicians triage and provide appropriate treatment referrals to callers based on professional clinical assessments and caller demographics. Translation services are also available.

Website users have free, 24/7 access to the Resource Directory at http://www.metrocrisisservices.org/find-services. Users can search for a provider by agency name, location, and type of issue. (Google Translate search capabilities). The Resource Directory houses over 3,500 resources and over 1,400 providers in Colorado. Resources range from publicly and privately funded treatment facilities, commercial organizations, faith-based establishments, peer-to-peer support outlets, and self-help groups.
