Parkview Medical Center

Parkview Medical Center is a non-profit 350 bed facility, offering general acute healthcare, a behavioral health unit and Parkview Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation that specializes in general rehabilitation and those with affected by a stroke. Parkview Medical Center has been ranked by U.S. News and World Report as a Best Hospital in 2014 and that same year was a recipient of the Women’s Choice Award for being voted one of America’s Best Hospitals for Patient Experience by women. Other accolades are that Parkview is the regions first certified Joint Commission Stroke Center.

For 29 years Parkview Center for Rehabilitation has been accredited by Commission of Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in general rehabilitation and Stroke accredited in rehabilitation for 8 consecutive years. In addition, the hospital has two conveniently located outpatient clinics in the community with therapists who specialize in trauma, orthopedics, neurological developmental treatment, as well aphasia therapy.
