Special Kids Special Families (SKSF) is a Colorado 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located in Colorado Springs founded in 1998 to provide respite and specialized care for children and adults with disabilities and special needs. Various programs offer community support services to families and are designed to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities throughout their life span. Our programs include Zach's Place child & respite care center for children ages 2.5-18, Foster Care/Adoption Services program, Adult Day Programs, Adult Residential Services, & Behavioral Health Services. We also offer crisis respite services, transportation services and family resources.
