Neurosculpting® and Integrative Bodywork

I offer Integrative Bodywork (Massage) and Neurosculpting®. I am passionate about helping people resolve tension and find balance through both mind and body practices. Neurosculpting is a 5 - step brain training protocol, that helps create stress resilience and reduce anxiety and overwhelm. Using Neuroplasticity and a whole brain approach. In my bodywork (massage) practice I'm using different techniques helping people with tension, pain and stress reduction. I suffered from a TBI myself and know how hard it is to find support esp. being understood what's going on inside.
